MM command's

Seems like the plugins I have to try and run MM commands don't do squat. Like lets say, I want a crate to run MM command X to give a play an egg or spawn a mob; but doesn't execute/recognize it. Just outputs world doesn't exist.

Any one have a list of plugins that actually capable of running MM commands?
