Quests addon missing plugin.yml

I downloaded the Quests addon for mythic mobs from here:
https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/mythicmobs/files/64-mythic-mobs-quests-v2-4/

But the .jar file that is downloaded doesn't have the plugin.yml in it, so it can't load.
