Make a "gang" of mobs

Hey guys,
Just wondering if there is a way that I can make a pack of mobs like a gang of silverfish for example that as they walk around, they stay sort of grouped together and don't just wander around randomly in their own directions.

Hope there is an easy solution and its not something I have to do with invisible armor stands and stuff...
