[Artifacts] Damage Mechanic only works when OPPED.

I made a few staffs using projectiles and the damage mechanic, I thought everything was fine until I noticed a friend come on. I gave him the staffs to test out and the damage mechanic does not work for him. So I deopped myself and indeed it does not work. Reopped myself and it worked fine.

Any ideas or is this a bug? Perhaps I'm missing a permission node?

FIX: It was actually BattleLevels and AAC Anticheat. AAC anticheat was preventing the damage from being done from that distance....
