First problem i had was that the mobs i wanted to add did only show up in /mm mobs list but for them to actualy spawn i had to go to the server and do a /mm reload and then they would spawn just fine.
Second problem seems abit more tricky, i guess its cause it allready generated a mob there and can't use same spawn location twice? cause after a while when the spawnrate goes down i just need move another place and...
