PreventRandomEquipment is unrelieable!

I have tested this multiple times. You can even take a look at the screenshot:

In few cases the PreventRandomEquipment Option is not working. I am using MythicMobs v2.5.0 Build 1695.

This happens more often when you are using the console command to spawn a mythic mob:
/mm mobs spawn Vogel 1 myworld,100,65,100
