Is it possible to make a advanced Kraken mob?

Would it be possible to make a mob that randomly spawns in the ocean and will have particles to make it look like tentacles raise out of the ocean to surround the player on a boat? I figured you can't make a giant squid so what about particles to make it look like a giant squid..? And if so, would anyone create it?
