[Mob] Bandit! Steals money, drops all stolen money on death!

I HAVE CREATED A WORKING VERSION FOR 4.1.0 MM / SPIGOT 1.11.2
It contains less bugs but also limits some of the features of my original project. Such as only being able to steal ONCE. (Must be a certain amount) The only downside to this new mob is that it resets the bandits health after stealing.

OTHERWISE IT WORKS FINE YAYYY!

YOU NEED VAULT AND ESSENTIALS FOR THIS MOB TO WORK AS INTENDED.
