Special Custom Heads For Mobs?

Hi there!
I am pretty new and i dont know anything of the plugin yet...

i can only make normal mobs without any skills etc.
to make it look more proffesional, i want to use heads..
but dont normal heads, these heads:

Is there possible?
if it is, plz write me an example
