Describe the bug.
Title. Very rarely (± 1 for every 2 stacks), an head item with the ConsumeHeldItems skill, can place a skull on the ground when used (it can even bypass safezones like worldguard regions).

ConsumeHeldItems head items can occasionaly place skulls on the ground when consumed
