Create a Mob who attacked in a range

Hello, it's me again ! (for thos who know me, so nobody !)

I want to create a mage but i want him to have the IA of a Skeleton with a bow (without shoot arrow, and without giving him a bow)

Is it possible and will it need the Stance skill ?

I don't like Mage who go in front of the player like a zombie or even a witch ^^"
