How To Get Rid Of TPS Lose Without Decreasing Mob Particle Frequency

Hello. I was trying to create a mob with flying particles near it. But that frequency of appearing particles slows down my server a bit. Is it possible to make it not so hard for my server without decreasing the frequency? This is the example of my particle-skill:
