Porkchops won't drop

Hello everyone today I have been trying to set up a new mob for my rpg gamemode and right now the only problem is that I'm trying to add Raw Porkchops to my mob but it just won't drop the bones drop but not the porkchop here is how I have set it up https://pastebin.com/WPgGWPT7 am I doing something wrong??
