Can't get Conditions working

Hello everyone!

I'm pretty new into MythicMobs and I was trying to figure out Conditions but I can't get it working. Without the Condition the spells work perfectly. I'm probaly doing something really stupid

Version MC: Latest version of 1.12.1
Version MM: Latest

Can't get Conditions working
