DropTable with haspermission

hello, first sorry for my bad english
I have tried that droptable just drop the item when the player has permission, but I am unable to make it work, drop item always, with or without permission.

testdrop:
Conditions:
- haspermission{p=drop.vip} true
Drops:
- retyrika 1 100

any can help me?
