Mob Disguised as player max limit name

Guys semeone help me about the thing
I know to diguise a mob as a player but the name for example
Player: Test (will show the name on ingame)
How do you make it longer than 20 i can do only 16 digits of the max limit name please help im making a biggest rpg server in the world!
