Message spam Bug

Hi!
I have a problem, I have a skill message on my mob with ~onSpawn, and mi mob have the option Despawn: false, so every time someone leave the radius in which the mob would despawn if there is anyone it spam the message that the mob have spawn, and is very annoying.
I need help, thank you.
