Spawning Mobs in an End City

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if there is a way to spawn mobs around an end city. I cannot have them spawn in an end city biome because there is none, there is only 'The End' biome. Shulkers spawn in end cities, so I'm wondering if MythicMobs has the ability to tap into the mechanic that allows their spawning there.
