Magic Plugin and MM

Is it possible to link MM mobs to use spells from the magic plugin?

i know in game if you use

/cast (spellname) (parameters)

it will cast a spell from the player

but can this be used for MM mobs?

I checked the forums it seems it was touched on once but never really explained on how to actually link them together. If i can just get the basic i should be able to do the rest. thanks in advanced
