Item Crafting: Any suggestions?

I always had hope from a while back to use MythicMobs with a plugin called MoreItems. It essentially would allow me to create custom recipes from items MythicMobs would drop, and by that I do not mean your iron ingot, I mean specifically your Infinity I, lored ingot called "gold of the gods" ingot or other custom made items to make new custom items.
