Can anybody tell me how to make Conditions and Triggers based of of Chances when Player Attacks?
For Example:
If i have a skill named "FireBall"
How can i make it Activate based off of Pure Chance when the mob gets hit or not.

- skill{s=FireBall} -Based on Chance when hit or not?
- skill{s=FireBall} -Activate on Death?
- skill{s=FireBall} -Activate on Death?
