Basically, I want a target/self/trigger condition for factions. This could let a skill only hurt mobs of a faction, or ignore mobs in faction.
Now you might ask, "we've got a samefaction filter" and what not, but this doesn't account for skills like projectile that don't let you specify a target.
I just generally think this could be useful.
